Scoring a total of 352 runs at an impressive average of 50.29, Singh’s contributions significantly bolstered Punjab Kings’ campaign, proving that sometimes, unexpected twists lead to remarkable outcomes.

PBKS suffered a huge blow in the first phase of the tournament when their captain, Shikhar Dhawan, missed out on the playing XI due to injury. Sam Curran took over the role of captain. Although the team did not perform well, his performance was excellent in the tournament. He picked up 16 wickets in 13 matches.
Harshal Patel
Harshal Patel was the only positive for PBKS in the tournament. Despite his team failing to make it to the playoffs, Patel clinched the ‘Purple Cap’ of IPL 2024. He was bought by PBKS for Rs 11.75 crore.
