Shah Rukh Khan was admitted to Ahmedabad’s K D Hospital on Wednesday after experiencing heatstroke symptoms. While the hospital has not released details of his condition, reports suggest he made a swift recovery and was discharged later that same day.

Khan’s visit to Ahmedabad coincided with a severe heatwave gripping Gujarat. The city sweltered under temperatures exceeding 45 degrees Celsius (113 degrees Fahrenheit) for the past few days.
