Free-to-play, fast-paced arcade shooter "XDEFIANT" Preseason is here. The game is now available worldwide.

Ubisoft’s highly anticipated free-to-play arcade shooter, XDefiant, has officially launched on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Developed by Ubisoft San Francisco, the game features factions inspired by beloved Ubisoft franchises like The Division, Far Cry, Splinter Cell, Watch Dogs, and Ghost Recon. XDefiant preseason launches today

The preseason launch offers players access to:

  • 14 maps inspired by other Ubisoft titles
  • Five factions with unlockable characters
  • A vast arsenal of 24 weapons and 44 attachments
  • Five unique devices
  • Two game modes: Arena (Domination, Occupy, HotShot) and Linear (Zone Control, Escort)

Each faction brings its own unique abilities and playstyles, allowing for diverse team compositions and strategies.
