It was Australian vs Australian at Ahmedabad and it was the KKR pacer who laughed at last. The dangerman Travis Head was dismissed for a silver duck in this crucial clash.
Not the first time. Travis Head now has consecutive ducks in IPL 2024. In the previous game he was dismissed for a golden duck and this time it is a silver duck. Starc has managed to dismiss Head for ducks across all formats a total of 5 times. And of them, 3 have been golden ducks.

Talk about a beauty! Mitchell Starc provided just that. After the first ball was a dot, he dismissed his country man with a gem of a delivery. With a hint of a swing, the ball crashed into the stumps as Travis Head remain bamboozled with the delivery.
Heading into the game, Starc had 13 wickets from 12 games with a bit high economy. While Kolkata Knight Riders fans expected a masterclass, Starc provided that. The first ball, almost a run out at the bowler’s end. And Bang, the next ball, Travis Head dismissed.
KKR are off to a grand start. Vaibhav Arora in the next over went on to dispatch another dangerman, Abhishek Sharma as SRH fumble early in the game.
