The Paris Olympics 2024 is just upon us. And in the mega tournament, Football plays a vital part. All 16 teams have been finalised to take on each other. 4 groups comprising of 4 teams have been formed. From these groups, top 2 of team group will enter the knockout phase.
In the knockouts, after quarterfinals, the semis will take place. From which there will be a match to determine the third best team among the losers of the semis. While the top 2 sides will lock horns with each other at the Parc des Princes for the mega final.
As natural, there will be age restrictions for the players in the squad. Each team will comprise of 18 players. From the squad of 18 players at least 15 players need to be born after 1st January 2001. On, the other hand, 3 senior or overaged players will be allowed to take part in the team.
