Just 30 days to go for the India vs Pakistan clash in the ICC T20 World Cup. But the pertinent question remains, is New York Ready for the mega clash? While the construction and the work continues at the Nassau Stadium, the outskirts of the New York Stadium is yet to be optimised as per the ICC standards.
InsideSport can confirm that work is currently underway at the surroundings of the stadium. While as many as 9 teams will play their matches at this venue, the most vital will be the India vs Pakistan clash.

Ready for India vs Pakistan?
The two formidable rivals, India and Pakistan will lock horns with one another in an exciting clash. The match is set to take place on 9th June in New York. It is expected that the stadium will be filled to it’s brim of 34,000 spectators.
The final construction can still be seen at the East Meadow park in New York, but it is expected to be completed right before the start of the mega tournament. This is the first time that an ICC event is slated to take place in the United States of America.
While the group stage matches will be held in USA, the knockouts and other matches will be held by West Indies who are the co-hosts of the tournament.
