Mitchell was practicing on Chepauk Stadium’s sidelines on Monday. He was practicing his pull shots with a short net keeping the balls from going towards the general public watching the practice from the stands.
During the session, one of Mitchell’s pull shots went over the safety net and injured a spectator who was recording Mitchell’s video. The spectator’s iPhone was broken in addition to him being hurt.
