Mumbai Indians’ star batsman Rohit Sharma is all set to etch his name further into the history books of IPL. As MI gear up to take on the Punjab Kings (PBKS) at the PCA Stadium in Mullanpur on April 18, Rohit will mark his 250th appearance in the IPL, making him only the second player after the legendary MS Dhoni to achieve this feat.

Across his 249 IPL matches so far, the ‘Hitman’ has amassed a staggering 6472 runs (4th highest) at an average of 30.10 and at a strike rate of 131.22. He is known for his explosive batting style and his ability to single-handedly change the course of a match.
