Pakistan players practice ‘mystery spin’ with kid in hotel corridor as preparation for NZ series

Pakistan will take on New Zealand in a five-match T20I series against New Zealand, as they kick-start a new era under Babar Azam

Pakistan players are currently gearing up for the five-match T20I series against New Zealand which is scheduled to commence from April 17. Under the leadership of new skipper Babar Azam, the Men in Green will take on the Kiwis as they prepare for the T20 World Cup 2024.

Ahead of the series, Pakistan bowlers – including spinners – were seen bowling to a kid in a hotel corridor. Ex-Pakistan skipper Shaheen Afridi was among the cricketers who were present in the video.

Pakistan gear up for NZ series with kid

The team took part in a rigorous training at the Army camp in Kakul ahead of the NZ series. The players were made to sweat it out in variety of exercises aimed to boost their fitness and conditioning. It was during the same time when Shaheen Afridi was replaced as the T20I skipper after just one series.
