Having started playing IPL in 2013, KL Rahul was initially picked up by RCB at the base price of 10 lakh. However, the next year, his IPL price jumped to 1 crore as SRH picked him due to his stellar performances.

Rahul is currently the skipper for LSG. Under his captaincy, LSG qualified for the playoffs in the IPL 2022 season. LSG bought Rahul by giving him a hefty price of 17 crore.

KL Rahul BCCI Salary

According to the newly released contracts released by the BCCI for 2023–24, Rahul has been promoted from a Grade B contract of INR 3 crores per annum to a Grade A contract of INR 5 crores per annum.

Apart from his annual salary, Rahul also earns INR 15 lakh, 6 lakh, and 3 lakh for every Test, ODI, and T20I, respectively.
