New Zealand Cricket (NZC) announced on Tuesday that it anticipates large crowds when it hosts England in tests in November and December in Hamilton, Wellington, and Christchurch. Hagley Oval, the Cello Basin Reserve, and Seddon Park will host the highly anticipated Test series.
The World Test Championship matches between the two teams will start on November 28 at Hagley Oval. The second match will be played on December 6 at the Basin Reserve. The third and final tie will take place on December 14 at Seddon Park.
According to NZC, there was a “very competitive venue allocation process” for the Tests. It will probably attract a sizable number of England fans. Seven of the eight days that Australia and New Zealand played last month drew sellout crowds.

Kiwi quest for WTC finals
New Zealand have a good chance to better their WTC standings with the Kiwis playing a lot of Tests before the WTC finals in 2025.
New Zealand are currently third on the WTC standings with India and Australia currently sitting in front of them. Sri Lanka are close on heels of the Kiwis too, with two teams on the same points percentage.
After the T20 World Cup, New Zealand will play a one-off Test against Afghanistan at the latter’s home in September.
Then the Kiwis will travel to Sri Lanka in September-October for a 2-Test series. Then they travel to India for a 3-match Test series.
Then they will welcome England for the three-match series. A good result in all these series will be crucial for the Kiwis’ to propel themselves above Australia to play the WTC final in 2025.
