RR vs DC: Rishabh Pant smashes his bat in frustration after being dismissed by Rajasthan Royals in IPL 2024

It was not the outing that Rishabh Pant was expecting in the RR vs DC clash. The Delhi Capitals was left frustrated after his poor outing. In a fit of rage Pant was spotted smashing his bat after his dismissal in IPL 2024. Delhi Capitals lost 2 matches in a row with the latest coming at the hands of RR.

Rishabh Pant made a miraculous comeback to action in IPL 2024. However, he is still rusty. He managed to score a knock of 28 runs from 24 balls in the clash against Rajasthan Royals. Pant was left frustrated after his dismissal. Though he managed to slam 2 fours and a solitary sixer, he could help his side win the match.

Pant wanted to don the role of an enforcer in the game. But he failed to produce any fireworks as Delhi succumbed to their second back to back defeats in the season. Pant was ultimately dismissed by Yuzvendra Chahal as he looked on to switch the gears in the game.

Pant was extremely disappointed with himself after his dismissal. The southpaw continued to smash his bat at the side screens of the tunnel while walking back into the dressing room.
