IPL 2024: Conflict over in MI camp? Hardik Pandya hugs Rohit Sharma during practice session

There has been a raging controversy regarding the leadership change in MI camp and it seems as if all that has been put to bed.

All’s well that ends well. That seems to be the moto for Mumbai Indians who have been ravaged with controversies surrounding Rohit Sharma and Hardik Pandya. However in a video released by the franchise on Wednesday, Hardik was seem warmly hugging the former MI captain. The incident took place during the team’s practice session. Rohit was also seen in the video chatting with Hardik with a smile on his face.

Mumbai Indians handed their leadership mantle to Hardik Pandya after the all-rounder joined the 5-time champions from Gujarat Titans. Rohit Sharma, who led the MI to five IPL trophies in 10 years, was forced to take a backseat as the new era under Hardik began.

There were a lot of talks regarding the unhappiness of Rohit Sharma. A lot of questions were asked on whether Rohit and Hardik can put behind their differences and perform for their team.

However in a video released by the MI on Wednesday, during a team hurdle in the team’s practice, Hardik can be seen walking up to Rohit Sharma and hugging him. In the same video, Rohit and Hardik can be seen talking on a light note with a smile on their faces. All these can be taken as a sign that the MI team is finally settling down.
