Former India cricketer Harbhajan Singh is known for his fierce rivalry with Pakistan. Be it on the field or off it, Harbhajan never shies away from a battle. He came up with a quirky response on social media once more, leaving Netizens in splits.
A Pakistani fan posted edited pictures of Pakistani cricket players, including Mohammad Rizwan, Shaheen Afridi, and Babar Azam, wearing IPL uniforms. The fan stated that both nations’ supporters would like to see them participate in the IPL. Harbhajan, though, answered the fan on social media right away.
Due to diplomatic ties—or lack thereof—between the two nations, particularly following the Mumbai Attacks of 26/11 in the same year, Pakistani cricket players have not been permitted to participate in the IPL since its inception in 2008.
Regarding the IPL, given its growth over the past 16 years and the caliber of foreign players—aside from Pakistan—who travel each year to participate in the lucrative competition, it is likely the largest T20 league in the world.

No wonder cricket fans of Pakistan would like to see their national players play in IPL. A fan from across the border posted some edited pictures of Pakistani cricketers donning IPL jerseys, stating that fans from both nations would like to see players like Babar Azam or Shaheen Afridi in action in IPL.
However Harbhajan, known for his wits, was quick to respond. “No Indian hv such dreams .. you guys plz stop dreaming. Wake up now,” Harbhajan wrote in a response to the fan on Twitter (now X).
