A Pakistani fan posted edited pictures of Pakistani cricket players, including Mohammad Rizwan, Shaheen Afridi, and Babar Azam, wearing IPL uniforms. The fan stated that both nations’ supporters would like to see them participate in the IPL. Harbhajan, though, answered the fan on social media right away.
Due to diplomatic ties—or lack thereof—between the two nations, particularly following the Mumbai Attacks of 26/11 in the same year, Pakistani cricket players have not been permitted to participate in the IPL since its inception in 2008.
