All England Open 2024: Streaming, Players, Prize Money, Points & All You Need to Know

In the event's 125-year-old history, only five Indians have reached the final. The last player to do so, Lakshya Sen, is contesting for the title once again after losing the final in 2022. 

The 114th edition of the All England Open Badminton Championships 2024 is here. The event is scheduled to play at Utilita Arena in Birmingham from March 12 to 17. As many as 14 players from India will be in action at the oldest badminton tournament in the world.

World No. 7 HS Prannoy will lead the Indian contingent in men’s singles; Olympic medalist PV Sindhu in women’s singles; and Tanisha Crasto and Ashwini Ponnappa will lead the way in women’s doubles. Meanwhile, French Open champions Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty will headline the men’s doubles action.

When and where is the All England Open 2024 happening?

The BWF Super 1000 event will be played at Utilita Arena in Birmingham. The All England Open will kick off on Tuesday, March 12, and the final day of the competition will be Sunday, March 17.

The total prize money for the All England Open Badminton Championships is $1,300,000.
