Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) batter Ayush Badoni is all set to begin a new journey in IPL 2024. The batter is focusing on his bowling ahead of the marquee tournament. Badoni reveals that he wants to contribute to the team with the ball as well. He says that he is playing the DY Patil T20 tournament as a part of his preparation and practice ahead of IPL.
LSG’s Ayush Badoni to turn bowler?
“This IPL, I’m focusing more on my bowling, and I want to contribute to the team as a bowler too. So, the preparation is going well. I’m playing this DY Patil T20 tournament for practice,” Ayush Badoni tells SportsBoom.
The LSG player also delves into details of how the team has defined his role precisely. He credits skipper KL Rahul and the other senior players for boosting his confidence.
“From the start of the season my captain at LSG, KL Rahul has always told me that you don’t play the situation, you play your game and back your game. Senior players will see the situation. That boosted my confidence,” Badoni adds.
