On March 3, both teams traveled by private charter from Chandigarh to Dharamsala. They were supposed to begin preparations for the IND vs ENG 5th Test on Monday, March 4, but the rain derailed their plans. However, the Indian captain and coach did not travel with the rest of the team and instead arrived at Dharamshala on Tuesday.

On Tuesday, the Ben Stokes-led side is scheduled to train in morning with India booked for the afternoon slot at the HPCA Stadium.

To talk about the IND vs ENG Test series, India have taken an unassailable 3-1 lead in the 5-match series. After losing the first Test, India bounced back with three consecutive wins. The Indian youngsters have proved their mettle in the series, with experienced players playing their part as well.

However, the IND vs ENG 5th Test is not inconsequential altogether with valuable World Test Championship points at stake.
