Ex-India wrestler, and 2016 Rio Olympics bronze medalist Sakshi Malik has once again launched an attack on ex-WFI president Brij Bhushan Singh, and the current chief Sanjay Singh, who is a close aide of the former. In a long, sarcastic post, she welcomed Sanjay, and how women wrestlers will continue to suffer under the regime.
She wrote, “With a broken heart, I welcome Sanjay Singh alias Brij Bhushan Singh to the WFI. The women’s camp will once again be held in Lucknow, and the nationals will take place in Nandini Nagar; women wrestlers from Haryana will suffer once again since there will be no one to stop them, they are bigger than the government, and the people.”
