IND vs ENG 4th Test: Ravindra Jadeja impressive with the ball, scalps stunning four-fer in Ranchi Test

Ravindra Jadeja had a wonderful spell in the early hour of Day 2 of the IND vs ENG Ranchi Test. The Indian all-rounder struck thrice to exact all three wickets to bring an end to England’s innings. The Three Lions were bowled out at 353 as India came to bat. Despite heroics of Joe Root, Jadeja too hogs the limelight for his sublime bowling as he picks up yet another four-fer.

Jadeja managed just a solitary wicket on Day 1 after scalping Ben Stokes in the morning session on Day 1. As England comfortably settled later on, Jadeja kept the visitors under a decent run check. But come the next day, with the pacers failing, Jadeja took it on himself to scalp the remaining three wickets.

Jadeja first dispatched Ollie Robinson who hammered his maiden Test fifty. The rest of the batters were dismissed for mere ducks. England ended Day 1 with a score of 302/7. The duo of Root and Robinson continued to take charge on Day 2.

Ultimately, Rohit Sharma brought on his dependable spinner who bagged the 3 wickets in a quick spell to bring an end to England’s innings.
