Sachin Tendulkar’s son Arjun, who plies his trade for Goa, in the domestic circuit, returned with his career best-bowling figures of 4/49 in 21 overs against Gujarat on Sunday. The fast-bowling all-rounder had been a bit of an under-performer with the ball so far, claiming only 16 wickets in the 12 first-class matches.
But this four-wicket haul will not only improve his stats, but will also give him the confidence to do better with the ball, in future. Apart from that, the youngster is a decent batsman as well, having a ton and two fifties to his name.
