Indian film actor Riteish Deshmukh, who is a captain of Mumbai Heroes, shared a hilarious memory about the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL). He revealed that their team persuaded him to play a match the next day after his wedding ceremony.
The Celebrity Cricket League 2024 will begin in Sharjah on February 23 at 7:00 PM. Kerala Strikers versus Mumbai Heroes will be the first game of the new season.
Riteish Deshmukh said,“I have always been passionate about CCL, in fact, all of us have been. There is a very big memory, you can say a hilarious one actually. I remember, when I got married, the next day, I was playing a match for my team. So, at the time of the reception, I had some team members who took me to one corner and persuaded me to play the next day.”
Jio Cinema will livestream the matches of Celebrity Cricket League (CCL) 2024 as they have announced the partnership with the league on Friday.
This is the tenth edition of the unique tournament where film actors collaborate for cricket competitions.CCL Stars like Akhil Akkineni, Sonu Sood, and Riteish Deshmukh will be seen leading the CCL teams. Salman Khan, the megastar can also be seen playing the tournament.
