WTC Standings 2023-25: Top-ranked teams stumble in Sunday’s Test Cricket Drama

This Sunday unfolded with two surprising upsets in Test cricket, as teams positioned at the top of the table succumbed to defeat from those below.

West Indies have stunned the World Test Championship (WTC) table-topper Australia in the 2nd Test in Gabba, winning the match by eight wickets on Sunday. While England clinched their first ever win at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in IND vs ENG 1st Test.

Though, this result will not have a drastic change on the WTC standings. England will remain in second last position.

India failed to take over the first position on the table, they are in second spot with 54.36 points. Australia has 55 points at the top.

The AUS vs WI series has ended in a 1-1 draw. Australia won the first Test but faltered in the second match.

On the other side, England lead the series by 1-0 after the 1st Test match in Hyderabad.
