Players who might be game changers in IPL 2024

All ten franchises have some quality players in their line-up as they aim for the trophy in the upcoming IPL 2024.

The 17th edition of the Indian Premier League will be played in its regular “Home and Away” format where a total of 10 teams will clash with each other for the prestigious trophy. All ten franchises are loaded with some destructive batters and lethal bowlers which will be the perfect combination for another blockbuster IPL. Let us take a look at some of the probable game-changers in IPL 2024.

Probable game changers in IPL 2024:

Heinrich Klaasen (SRH)

Sunrisers Hyderabad batter Heinrich Klaasen holds the ability to turn the match within a few overs. The South African batter also completed a blistering century in last year’s IPL. Retained by SRH for IPL 2024, Heinrich Klaasen will be a key player for the Orange Army especially during the death overs.

Rinku Singh (KKR)

Southpaw Rinku Singh has made a name for himself not only in IPL but in the international arena as well. Rinku Singh is a phenomenal player of spin bowling. He can also hit big sixes against the pacers as well. The left-handed batter will hold an important position in Kolkata Knight Riders line-up in the upcoming IPL 2024 edition.

Rishabh Pant (Delhi Capitals)

There are some questions over Rishabh Pant’s participation in the upcoming IPL 2024. The Delhi Capitals skipper missed the last edition due to a horrific accident he suffered in December 2022. Even if Rishabh Pant plays as an impact player, the left-handed batter can be lethal with the bat. Pant’s aggressive nature with the bat makes him an ideal candidate for players who can be game changer in IPL 2024.

Mohammad Shami (Gujarat Titans)

Purple cap winner in IPL 2024, Mohammad Shami is also a player to watch out for in the upcoming edition. Shami was also the leading wicket-taker in the last concluded World Cup. A good outing in IPL 2024 might also ensure his direct entry in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024.

Yuzvendra Chahal (Rajasthan Royals)

Leading wicket-taker in IPL history, Yuzvendra Chahal will be looking to have a good IPL in order to get his place in the Indian side for the upcoming T20 World Cup. Chahal bowls tough overs for Rajasthan Royals which also increases the chances of taking wickets. It remains to be seen if the veteran spinner turns the fortune for RR in the IPL 2024.
