IND vs ENG 1st Test: England win the toss & elect to bat first in Hyderabad

England had announced their playing XI before the match. Meanwhile, India's batting lineup has remained the same despite Virat Kohli's exclusion from the Test.

England has won the toss and elected to bat first in the IND vs ENG 1st Test. Before the start of the match, the Indian cricket team’s ace batter, Virat Kohli, was ruled out, while England suffered the loss of Shoaib Bashir and Harry Brook.

England had named their XI a day before, shocking everyone by picking just four bowlers, while India has made only one change to their batting order, with KS Bharat taking over KL Rahul as the designated wicketkeeper.
