IND vs ENG: Injury scare for India, Shreyas Iyer walks off after taking a hit on forearm at nets

IND vs ENG 1st Test: Shreyas Iyer was hit on his right forearm while batting at the nets in Hyderabad on Tuesday.

Team India has received a big injury scare ahead of IND vs ENG 1st Test, starting on January 25 in Hyderabad. During India’s practice session, Shreyas Iyer was hit on his right forearm while batting at nets on Tuesday. The Indian batter tried to bat on but failed and eventually walked off.

With just two days before the start of the game, Iyer’s injury comes as a big blow who will be without their star batter Virat Kohli after he pulled out of first two Tests due to personal reasons.
