Gabriel Jesus loses $40K CS2 inventory after controversial VAC ban

Arsenal‘s number nine and Brazil international Gabriel Jesus appealed Valve after VAC ban for Counter-Strike 2 aka CS2.

Arsenal’s Gabriel Jesus, a prolific striker on the pitch and an avid Counter-Strike 2 gamer, finds himself sidelined after a sudden VAC ban. Jesus took to Twitter to appeal to Valve in a bid to reclaim his account. The player claimed that penalty is “Unfair”. Check out the tweet below:

Gabriel Jesus joins a growing list of Brazilian football stars, including Neymar, as passionate CS2 enthusiasts. This passion, however, turned sour when his account went dark thanks to Valve’s anti-cheat system. While VAC bans are usually permanent and triggered by cheats, occasional false flags have sparked controversy.

The reason behind Jesus’ ban remains unclear, but the consequences are clear. His account boasts a staggering $40,000 inventory, adorned with sought-after skins like the AWP Dragon Lore and AK-47 Wild Lotus. Alongside an $800 custom M4A1-S Hot Rod, these prized virtual possessions are now locked away, awaiting Valve’s verdict.
