Legendary cricketer Sachin Tendulkar and India Cricket Team star Virat Kohli have arrived in Ayodhya to partake in the Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony, scheduled for Monday, January 22. The cricketing legends are among the select group of sporting icons invited to this sacred event, which is expected to draw esteemed dignitaries such as Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat, Governor Anandiben Patel, and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
The guest list for this historic ceremony also includes star cricketers like MS Dhoni, Mithali Raj, Rohit Sharma, Harmanpreet Kaur, and Ravichandran Ashwin.
Notably, Indian shuttler Saina Nehwal, former cricketers Anil Kumble and Venkatesh Prasad, and Indian Olympic Association president PT Usha were seen at Mumbai airport on Monday morning, en route to Ayodhya. Bhaichung Bhutia, former captain of the Indian Football Team, is also among the distinguished invitees.
