Sania Mirza and Shoaib Malik tied the knot in 2010. The cross-border love story was not an easy path. The couple faced backlashes and got trolled time and again to marry each other amid the imbalanced relations between the two countries. Still, they managed to fight back – all the hatred. But, their love story did not last forever as Shoaib Malik married a Pakistani actress amid their separation rumors.

Sania Mirza revealed in an interview that the couple had met in Australia for the first time.

After dating for five months, Mirza and Malik tied the knot. The couple welcomed their first and only child in October 2018. They named their son Izhaan Mirza-Malik.
