After a dominant 6-wicket win in the first T20I, Team India will eye the series win when they take on Afghanistan at Holkar Stadium in Indore on Sunday, January 14.
Virat Kohli is available for the 2nd T20I after missing the first game due to personal reasons. The star batter is set to be in Playing XI.
If fit, Yashasvi Jaiswal will also return to the XI, replacing either Shubman Gill or Tilak Varma.
Waiting game for Samson to continue
Apart from the two above changes, Team India are likely to stick with the same XI, which means Sanju Samson will sit out in the second T20I as well.

Notably, the picked Jitesh Sharma over Samson for the opening T20I. The 30-year-old made the most of the opportunity as he dazzled with a rapid 20-ball 31 in chase of 159.
The wicketkeeper-batter will continue with his role in the second T20I as well.
