‘Got habit of finishing games’ Rinku Singh brims with confidence after IND vs AFG clash

IND vs AFG: Rinku Singh on high confidence. claims having made a habit to win matches for India

India Cricket Team has found their new finisher. On comes Rinku Singh, he finishes the game and remains not out. However, it was Shivam Dube who had the honors to hit the winning runs in IND vs AFG 1st T20I. After India’s win, a confident Rinku Singh went on to claim that he has made it a habit to win matches for India.

Rinku Singh played a crucial knock of 9 runs from 5 balls which included 2 boundaries. Now India’s designated finisher in the shortest format of the game. Rinku will look to carry on his goof form in the upcoming games and all the way to the T20 World Cup.

“It has been a habit to play at this number and win matches for India. It was chilly, but I enjoyed the cold. The ball was hurting during the fielding, but none the less,” said Rinku Singh after the match.

I just try to talk to myself, batting at 6, I don’t have the chance to face too many balls or score too many runs, that’s the thing I keep telling myself. I’ve spoken with Mahi bhai (MS Dhoni), he just told me to react according to the ball, keep your calm and I just do the same thing. I don’t think a lot while batting, just react to the ball,” Rinku further added.
