Mohammed Shami has now become Arjuna Awardee after receiving an award from the President of India Droupadi Murmu on Tuesday. Shami works very hard to be fit and maintain his pace. You would be interested you know, what is Mohammed Shami’s fitness routine.

Shami dazzled everyone with his incredible performance in the Cricket World Cup 2023, finishing the tournament as the top wicket-taker. Despite missing the first three games for his team, the bowler managed to take 24 wickets.

Shami lifts the heaviest weights in gyms out of all Indian team players. He claimed to be among the strongest in the world of cricket, citing his capacity to perform a leg press that might reach 750 kg. He can also left 150 kg for bench press.

“I doubt many people lift more weights than I do. But I do not put it on social media. I do not have that interest in putting it online and that is why, people may think that I am not doing it. I bench-press 150 kg and in leg exercises, I can leg-press 750 kg,” Shami said on his fitness routine.
