While some criticism regarding the pitch or poor batting was expected, no one thought the South African authorities would poke fun at their own expense. Traffic SA took to social media to take a dig at the shambolic collapse by both teams on Day 1 of the IND vs SA 2nd Test.
They wrote, “Cape Town – Newlands: Extremely Busy between the pitch area and the dressing rooms.”

The timing of the tweet suggests the SA Police were taking a sly dig at the Indian batting unit, which lost their last six wickets in the space of 11 balls while scoring no runs. The last six victims were:
