India skipper Rohit Sharma confirmed that all-rounder Shardul Thakur was fit for the 2nd IND vs SA Test after suffering an injury scare

Team India skipper Rohit Sharma confirmed that all-rounder Shardul Thakur was fit to play the 2nd IND vs SA Test at Cape Town. The all-rounder suffered an injury scare after he received a blow to his left shoulder while facing throwdowns from a support staff member.

Shardul Thakur fit for 2nd IND vs SA Test

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Sharma confirmed that all players, including Thakur, were fit and will be available for the 2nd Test at Cape Town.

India will look to go all guns blazing in Cape Town. The IND vs SA 2nd Test kick starts on 3rd January in Cape Town. With Crucial WTC Points up for grabs, India will try to secure victory at all costs. The match is not going to be easy as India have not won a single Test match in Cape Town
