What is a Pink Test
Pink Test refers to the first Test that is played in Sydney every year. The Australian players sport the baggy pink while the stands are wrapped in pink to pay homage to Glenn McGrath’s late wife, Jane McGrath, and her fight against breast cancer.
The Ladies Stand is temporarily renamed as the Jane McGrath Stand on the third day of the Sydney Test match, which is known as Jane McGrath Day.
Oceans of pink will flood Sydney’s stands as spectators don the vibrant hue, carrying banners and supportive words for those waging a never-ending battle against cancer illness.
Jane McGrath died in 2008 after battling with breast cancer. Since then, the McGrath Foundation has worked to increase public awareness of breast cancer and provide assistance to those who are impacted.
PAK vs AUS 3rd Test
Australia has already won the three match series by 2-0. They will play third Test to clinch clean sweep over Pakistan in Sydney. Pakistan fought hard in the second Test but they defeated by 79 runs.
