In a very crucial moment in the 2nd Test between Pakistan and Australia at Melbourne Cricket Ground on Friday, Mohammad Rizwan was given a contentious caught behind out by third umpire.
Rizwan was fumed by the decision of third umpire, giving him out after review clearly showed that the ball had touched his ‘wristband’.
Now, a image is going viral where Rizwan has a white mark on his arm which is suggesting that he was hit way above his wrist.
Mohammad Rizwan attempted to duck a short delivery from Australian skipper Pat Cummins. However, the ball brushed past his sweatband that was attached to his gloves to safely find its place in Alex Carey’s hands behind the stumps. Cummins then signaled for DRS after the on-field umpire gave his decision as not out.
Pakistan were at 219 and needed just 98 runs when Australia got the breakthrough of Rizwan. The wicket of the turning point of the game as Pakistan bundled out at 237. Australia won the 2nd test by 79 runs in MCG.
