Former Pakistan skipper’s miserable form continued as he departed cheaply in the 1st innings of the 2nd PAK vs AUS Test at the MCG. PAK vs AUS: Babar Azam’s miserable form continues
It was Cummins who had gotten rid of Azam in the 2nd innings of the 1st innings at Perth as well. So far, the former Pakistan skipper has managed to score knocks of just 21, 14 and 1.
After bowling out the hosts for 318 runs in the first session on Day 2, Pakistan’s Abdullah Shafique built a gritty 90+ run partnership with skipper Shan Masood. Having lost his fellow opener Imam-ul-Haq early, Shafique scored a patient fifty before being dismissed by Cummins.
