IND vs SA 1st Test: Blow for Proteas as Temba Bavuma limps off field on Day 1

Temba Bavuma did some damage to his hamstrings while he was chasing a delivery off Virat Kohli's bat in the 1st IND vs SA Test

South Africa suffered an early blow in the 1st IND vs SA Test as skipper Temba Bavuma limped off the field as the first innings was underway. Bavuma began limping while he was chasing a drive off Virat Kohli’s bat. As he neared the ball, the Proteas skipper was seen limping uncomfortably after which the physio was called in.

As per reports, Bavuma might have done some damage to his hamstrings while chasing the ball on the outfield. South Africa won the toss and opted to bowl first in the 1st Test at Centurion.
