No title, no worry! RCB still better than CSK & MI on Instagram

RCB has over 11.7 million followers on Instagram and the Red Army is one of the most followed franchises on the social networking sites.

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) defeated the likes of Chennai Super Kings (CSK), Mumbai Indians (MI) and Al-Nassr FC among other teams to become the most popular Asian sports team on Instagram for the month of November. In a report from Deportes&Finanzas, RCB had over 164 million interactions on the social networking site. The second place is taken by CSK with 104 million interactions, followed by MI with 88.1 M interactions.

RCB boasts a following of above 11.7 million on Instagram. They are a team synonymous with excitement and star power. Despite not clinching an IPL title even once, RCB shines with cricketing gem Virat Kohli in their ranks, who is one of the most widely followed cricketers globally. Known for their explosive style of play, RCB’s thrilling performances have garnered a fervent fanbase that extends far beyond borders.

After the IPL 2024 Auction, RCB’s focus will now shift on the upcoming edition. The Red Army purchased the likes of Alzarri Joseph, Yash Dayal, and Tom Curran among others. Before the IPL 2024 Auction, the Red Army roped in Cameron Green in a trade deal from MI. Under the leadership of Faf du Plessis, the franchise will be looking to etch history and try to win their first-ever IPL trophy.
