Top Predictions for Indian Premier League 2024 Auction

Travis Head to CSK – One of the biggest names in the auction is the Australian power hitter. After his antics in the World Cup and especially the final against India, Travis Head’s stocks have raised through the roofs. CSK will be the perfect side for Head who are currently looking for a top order batters, specially at Number 3.

Gerald Coetzee to RCB – RCB are in the dire need of a pacer. They have released Josh Hazlewood and Harshal Patel. Therefore it is obvious that the Bangaluru outfits will go for a pacer none the less. And who better than the Proteas pacer who will fit the bill. Furthermore, Gerald Coetzee can come in handy in playing a couple of sixes down the order.

Sharduk Thakur to GT – Who can miss Shardul Thakur? The all-rounder will be sought by all teams after he was released by KKR on Retention day. But Gujarat Titans will be keen to get the Indian all-rounder. Not only GT has to replace Hardik Pandya but they will need an Indian pacer after releasing Yash Dayal. Shardul Thakur is therefore a perfect fit for the last season’s finalists.

Jaydev Unadkat to LSG – A perfect buy for KL Rahul lead Lucknow Super Giants. LSG need a pacer who can compliment Mark Wood and Naveen-ul-Haq. And Jaydev Unadkat is the perfect player to fit the role. Unadkat has been performing well in the domestic circuit and will be a great addition for the Lucknow outfits.

Mitchell Starc to KKR – Gautam Gambhir is back at the helm as KKR needs a complete bowling rebuild. Who is the first target, it obviously has to be the Aussie pacer Mitchell Starc. Starc and KKR can be a match made in heaven as the Kolkata outfits will be keen to build their pace attack around the Australian superstar.
