Suryakumar Yadav loses cool on Arshdeep Singh in Team Bus – WATCH

After India vs South Africa third T20I, skipper Suryakumar Yadav was seen in an animated conversation with fast bowler Arshdeep Singh. The nature of exchange is not known though.

Suryakumar Yadav, who led Team India in the recent T20I series against South Africa, has been the country’s best player in the format, and by a mile. A couple of days back, in the third T20I at Johannesburg, he slammed his fourth ton in the format, taking India to an easy win. The team’s comeback in the series from being 0-1 down, also shows their willingness to fight.

For a team that lays so much emphasis on winning, sometimes things can go wrong, on and off the field. Something similar seems to have happened being Suryakumar, and fast bowler Arshdeep Singh. A new video has surfaced online, where the skipper can be seen giving his piece of mind to Arshdeep in the team bus. The context of such an exchange between the two remains a mystery though. In fact, for all we know, it could just be banter between them.

Meanwhile, in the last few matches, Arshdeep seems to have lost his mojo. The left-armer has been leaking way too many runs, and the wickets have come at a high premium. His career economy rate has gone to 8.70 after 42 matches, where he has picked up 59 wickets.

Focus Shifts to India vs South Africa ODIs

After decent returns in the India vs South Africa T20I series, now the focus shifts to the ODIs, starting from December 17 in Johannesburg. The inexperienced squad will be led by KL Rahul, in the absence of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Now, as per the latest report, Sitanshu Kotak will be the head coach for the ODI series, while Rahul Dravid will oversee the preparations for the Tests.
