Virat Kohli has left for South Africa 10 days before the IND vs SA Test series starts. The batter, who last played in the World Cup Final, is ready to take on the South African after a month’s rest. After deciding to rest from white-ball cricket (ODIs and T20Is), Kohli will join KL Rahul and Jasprit Bumrah to prepare for the Proteas.
In the video posted on Instagram, Kohli can be seen travelling alone as he rocked a brown jacket and carried a duffle bag.
Despite having his eyes on the prize, Virat Kohli stopped mid-way to click a picture with a fan. The batter is known to be a private person but has always been in touch with his fans. Yet again, the modern great showed his down-to-earth side.
This is not the first time Kohli has touched the hearts of his fans with his gesture, and surely it won’t be the last.
