Rinku Singh hits a stunning switch-hit six against Australia in the fourth T20I after Shreyas Iyer and Ruturaj Gaikwad fall off.

In a rather gloomy performce for India Cricket Team batting set up, Rinku Singh put the Raipur crowd into frenzy with a switch hit and six! With Shreyas Iyer, Suryakumar Yadav and Ruturaj Gaikwad already gone, Rinku Singh scored a 46 off a 29 ball to take India’s total to 168 for a loss of 7 wickets . After a loss last time out, the Men in Blue are looking for redemptions in the IND vs AUS 4th T20.

Matthew Short pitched the ball highwith the India youngster punishing him right away. Rinku Singh swaps hands and delivers the switch hit flawlessly. He puts all his strength into the hit and sends it all the way into the stands. A strike so good that it sent skipper Suryakumar Yadav into frenzy.

After winning the toss, Matthew Wade decided to bowl first. Both teams made several changes, with India making four and Australia making five. Yashasvi Jaiswal and Ruturaj Gaikwad combined for 50 runs in the first before the former was hit by the final strike of the powerplay.

Suryakumar Yavav and Shreyas Iyer both fell within a few balls of each other, putting India on the back foot. Ruturaj Gaikwad, who got a steelar century the last time around, also slid off. Sangha bowled Gailkwad out after 32 runs off 28 balls. Despite this, he managed three fours and one six. Rinku, on the other hand, proceeded to create havoc throughout the game, with Jistesh Sharma partnering well.
