In the aftermath of India’s intense battle with Australia in the ICC ODI World Cup final, Captain Rohit Sharma admitted that the team fell short, acknowledging they were ‘not good enough on the day.’ Since then, Sharma has kept a low profile in the media, but a heartwarming and old video featuring his five-year-old daughter, Samaira, has gone viral again.

The old candid video captured a delightful moment as Samaira, alongside her mother Ritika, were about to left a building and were greeted by media personnel near the exit gate. Unfazed by the attention, the little one responded with a gracious wave of her tiny hand.

When asked about her father Rohit Sharma whereabouts, Samaira paused, turning to face the media with innocence and confidence. The ensuing exchange unfolded as follows:

Reporter: Where’s your father?

Samaira: He is in his room…

Reporter: Is he fine right now?

Samaira: He is almost positive…but in one month, he will laugh.

With that, the brave and adorable Samaira wrapped up the impromptu interview, making her exit with poise.
