Let us look at some of the reactions from the fans:-

What Actually Happened?

Fans failed to watch the match post the 7th over of the game. Jio Cinema’s live feed crashed for the majority of the fans. The error continued to display on the screen showcasing either a 404 Error message or a simple message indicating ‘Failed to play content‘.

With Josh Inglis and Steve Smith continuing their rampage on a relatively young and inexperienced Men in Blue, the angry fans took to social media to voice their strong opinions on the matter.

Insidesport

As fans continued to criticize Jio Cinema for being unable to Livestream the India vs Australia match, the streaming platform then went on to display an in-app message that showed how fans should update their apps.

After a long interval, the live match feed was back but only in Hindi commentary. Commentary in other languages was not available as yet again the feed continued to crash.

Coming to the game, Australia after Matthew Short’s early dismissal battered the Indian bowlers. Steve Smith slammed a half-century (52) but it was The Josh Inglis show in Visakhapatnam. The top-order batter hammered a 50-ball-110-run knock in which he demolished the Men in Blue.

Hitting shots all across the park with a strike rate of 220, he slammed 11 fours and 8 sixes to showcase his destructive intent.
