Sachin Tendulkar vs Virat Kohli has been going on for a while, and as of late, Kohli has been ahead of his idol. The Delhi cricketer has toppled yet another record of the Little Master, and that too on the Little Master’s home ground. Kohli, who recently levelled Tendulkar in the most number of ODI centuries, has now broken his two-decade-old record of scoring the most runs in a single ODI World Cup.

King Kohli achieved the feat during the IND vs NZ semifinal in the World Cup 2023 at the Wankhede Stadium. Kohli reached the milestone in just 10 innings, while Tendulkar took 11 innings to create the record in the 2003 World Cup.
