The first pay-per-view event of 2024, UFC 297, is scheduled on Saturday, January 20, in Toronto, Canada with Sean Strickland vs Du Plessis headlining the main event.
The main event at the Scotiabank Arena will feature a match between Sean Strickland and Dricus du Plessis of South Africa. For the first time, Strickland will defend his middleweight belt against a strong challenger in the class.

On Wednesday, November 15 at 10 am ET, tickets will go on sale to subscribers of the UFC Fight Club program. On Thursday, November 16, at the same time, tickets for UFC 297 will be available to members who have subscribed to the newsletter. The tickets will go on sale to the general public at the same time on Friday, November 17.
Since the price of the UFC 297 tickets has not yet been announced, it is presently unknown. After more than four years, Canadian fans can’t wait to watch their favorite boxers in person. The date and venue have been confirmed. The most recent UFC event to occur in Canada occurred in 2018.
