In case weather takes a drastic turn in the IND vs NZ World Cup semi-final, the sides will get a chance to complete the game on the reserve day just like it happened in 2019 World Cup.

However, if rain prevents the match on the reserve day as well, the team that finishes higher on the points table in group stage will proceed to the final. This means, Team India will proceed to the final as they finished on top in the World Cup points table.

Likewise, if the AUS vs SA semi-final 2 results in a washout, South Africa will advance to final for finishing second on the points table.
