WATCH Virat Kohli again flies solo, reaches Mumbai ahead of Team India

Kohli was papped by cameras leaving for the airport in the casual wear.

After going solo at the end of India vs Sri Lanka game, the former India captain again ditched the team bus after IND vs NED clash and this time, flew solo to Mumbai. India will take on New Zealand in the first semi-final at the Wankhede Stadium on Wednesday (November 15). Kohli was papped by cameras leaving for the airport in the casual wear.

The RCB superstar donned a black T-shirt and white pants and completed the look with white sneakers. Virat Kohli looked as stylish as ever in the night and was seen obliging fans for selfie requests and autographs.

Virat Kohli eyes revenge

While there is no doubt Virat Kohli has been terrific so far in the WC, it would count for nothing if he does not score runs in the all-important knockout match against New Zealand in the semi-final.

The 36-year-old does not boast of a great record in the knockouts of the 50-over World Cup, as his highest score is just 35. Kohli has a chance to correct the record in probably his last World Cup.

Last time, Kohli scored only 1 run against New Zealand in the semi-final of the 2019 WC. But this time, Kohli will play as a batter and not as a captain. This gives him a chance to express himself more freely, which he is doing.
