India Playing XI vs SL: Iyer vs Ishan dilemma for Rohit as India eye semifinal berth

Team India will be eyeing their seventh straight win when they will face Sri Lanka at Wankhede Stadium on November 2.

A near perfect Team India will have a big call to make while deciding India Playing XI in Mumbai for IND vs SL Cricket World Cup clash on Thursday, November 2. While Rohit Sharma would be tempted to stuck to winning combination, Shreyas Iyer’s worrying form might force the management to try out Ishan Kishan for few matches before Hardik Pandya’s return.

In Hardik Pandya’s absence, India had included Mohammad Shami and Suryakumar Yadav in the XI to maintain the balance of the side. Both players have performed well so far and are certain to keep their places for the coming games.

However, Shreyas Iyer has been the one weak link in India’s powerhouse line-up and the side might be running out of patience, considering how he is getting dismissed in the games.
