Batting first, Australia reached a massive 388 runs. In reply, New Zealand also posted 383 losing the World Cup match by 5 runs.

Former champions Australia and New Zealand created history as they recorded the most runs scored in a Cricket World Cup match being played at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamsala on Saturday. Batting first, Australia posted a huge total of 388 runs before getting bundled out. In reply, New Zealand also managed to post 383 runs as they lost the match by only five runs.
